Hi,

CGGV sounds great and the price is right. But I am concerned about how big the seond bedroom is for my adult children.

Any thouughts on this?

It's tough finding a place for a family that needs 3 separate real beds (not pullouts). May have to go to a condo unit.

We just returned from CPGV. The second bedroom is 2 twin beds - I'm thinking your kids might find these a bit small.

You might want to try Vistana Villages - we stayed there last year and the 2 bedroom we stayed in had a king in the master and 2 full beds in the other bedroom

Good luck!

You may want to consider the adjacent and related Cypress Pointe Resort. Prices I've seen for a 3 bdrm at CPR are about the same as a 2 bdrm at CPGV. The first and third bdrms have king beds and baths, and the second bdrm has 2 twin beds. The only diffence I could tell between CPR and CPGV is that CPGV is newer and has 5 floors with elevators. CPR has 3 floors, no elevators. See also:

Thanks, I will think about it.

Vistana roomier overall than CPGV??

I live in SE Minn. what part of WI are you?

The two bedroom at Vistana Village was similar in size to the 2 bedroom at CPGV - the biggest difference to us was the room in the second bedroom because of the bed sizes. Vistana Villages was a bit "fancier" in their furnishings, and when we booked them thru Hotel Kingdom last year our stay included daily housekeeping. Our stay this year at CPGV did not include the housekeeping (which really didn't matter to us). I can throw a load of towels in while we are at the pool and the kids know how to make a bed!

We are in the Fox Valley - about 40 minutes south of Green Bay on the west shore of Lake Winnebago. When we returned on Saturday we were driving thru snow flurries, and of course Easter Sunday it snowed again. Today it is in the 60's and of course I'm wearing shorts! :)

Good luck finding a great place for your family.
