If we book the CP Dinner package for the 5pm show, can we do lunch around 2 or 230 instead of dinner afterward? We are trying to get everything in. Which nights are most crowded? Thanks.

Hmm, good question. I am not entirely sure, but I would guess "no". If you want to call WDW-DINE, I just hung up with a CM and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes (1:56pm)
