CP to PI, are certain roles more advantageous?

When choosing CP roles, are there any that would be more advantageous when planning on a PI or is it just a matter of doing your time and doing it well?

It's more important that you receive a 'good' performance review than anything else, and that it be filed with EAS so recruiting can reference it later.

Other than that, it really depends on what PIs you're looking at. Some (like Guest Relations or DVC) would probably prefer hospitality over other candidates, while entertainment PIs would obviously prefer someone from its own line-of-business. Personally speaking though, I don't think it's that much of a factor- it just serves to 'sweeten' up the package.

I think it would only matter if you wanted a management internship, CP assignments are pretty random, so they can't really use that against you.
