CP Package Menu Question

Do any of the Epcot restaurants participating in the Candlelight Dinner Package present a restricted menu to CP guests? Or do they allow you to order from the standard menu?

With the exception you can't order the Lobster at Coral Reef or the steak and lobster combo at LeCellier and Teppanyaki.

They limited the dessert choices at San Angel Inn the year we ate there (2002) but I think the rest of the choices were unrestricted. For dessert, we only had two choices.
