CP package in the rain?

We can still cancel our CP package today for Le Cellier. The weather is supposed to be 50's and 80% chance of rain. We've never been to CP or Le Cellier...would you cancel or keep it? Do the fireworks in Epcot get cancelled if it is raining? (may be a dumb question...probably yes, right?) My DH, DD(18) and DS(11) are so-so on the CP idea. I really wanted to go. Thanks for any ideas - we would be sitting in the rain watching, right?

We attended the CP in the pouring rain last December. The show definitely goes on. We managed to stay dry......The secret is, part of the theater is covered. If you arrive and que early, you will be able to get a dry seat, if you have the CP dinner package. Wear ponchos and bring umbrellas, because the que is not covered.
Cp is a beautiful presentation of what Christmas is really all about. Don't cancel those reservations...Dress for the weather and don't miss the show! You will remember it forever!

go! you will be glad you did. twice we stood in line in the pouring rain to enter the theatre. worth every drop of rain. BTW, we always do the dinner package w/CP. go, you will not regret it!
