CP Lunch Menu?

I would like to do lunch at CP, my son isn't much of a breakfast person. Can anyone tell me what is on the lunch buffet for kids and adults? Also, what do you think would be the least busy time of day for lunch. Thanks so much.

the lunch and dinner menus are basically the same. Typical things. Chicken nuggets, pizza, mac and cheese, pb&J. They have a carving station with what ever the special of the day is. Veggies, salad bar, rice, potatoes. We ate there in March and my kids liked it and so did we. Great desserts!
