I have read several articles and seen several interviews that stated his strong religious background and faith. So no, he does not think he is Jesus. He just had an amazing opportunity to play a role portraying his Savior. What an honor!

Oh I hope Jim C. is there in December 2006. I would so love to see him next year!

We saw Eartha this past year she was a last minute replacement for Hal Holbrook. We were a bit apprehensive about "Catwoman" but she did a fabulous job!!!! Wonderful speaking voice. I would book a night with her without any concerns in the future.

I think I'll be booking one of the Eartha Kitt nights - she does the voice of Yzma in 'Emperor's New Groove', and it's my BF's (and mine!) fave character. Also, I think it's the only name he'd recognise (apart from HJO - but we won't be there 'til the 7th!).

What is the theater like? Someone in another thread mentioned 'inside' seats, I think. Are some of the seats outside? What happens if it rains? I am having difficulty imagining this.

The theater is outside. The roof only extends over the stage and front section. The middle and back sections are not under cover, if it rains you will get wet.

DH and I were there last year when Jim Caviezel was doing CP. We didn't have tickets but happened to be at Epcot that day. I have never seen a line that long in my life! I am sure it was the standby line but it was HUGE! I think that night there were 2 shows and there were already people in line HOURS before hand. If you are going to do it I highly suggest getting the package unless you like to ride the line-ride!

We were in Epcot one of the nights Caviezel did CP. The past two years we were able to walk up at the start and either get a seat for the 5:00 show. Just before 5:00, the stand by line stretched several countries. I couldn't believe how long the line was. With the CP packages, I bet not everyone in line at 5:00 got a seat to even the 8:15 show. Even the back of the theatre was standing about 10 people deep all long the length.

Anyone wanting to see Caviezel should probably by the dinner package or get in line about noon.

One thing that irritated me was that he kept mentioning Passion of the Christ and Mel Gibson. One time he said in the middle of one of the passages, "as you saw in Passion of the Christ....". I thought it was inappropriate to plug his move in the middle of a bible passage, my jaw just dropped.

That's pretty tacky!

I have a choice of Haley Joel Osment and Phil Donahue no one seems to have mentioned him at all,I think Phil Donahue has a nice strong voice and I think he might do a good job.Has anyone seen Haley Joel Osment in anything recently I know he was adorable as a child?Do you think he might be a good choice?I may book a CP for one night for one and standby for the other depending on when I can get into Le Cellier.Does anyone know what showtime is the least busy for standby?

In general, I have been told the 5 oclock one is less attended...could be different with a special narrator, etc however. Also, a poor weather evening will impact attendance, as well.

I'm thinking of just doing one CP package now. As I have the MYW dining plan, it just seems pricey to add another $80+ for 2 more meals. I'd like to see Jim Caviezel, but if it is as packed as everyone is saying, I really don't want to be waiting in the package line for hours to be seated. Plus it's a Friday night, so I think it will be even more crowded. So, I'm just going to skip it and see Eartha Kitt on a Monday night. Harry Hamlin & Lou Diamond Phillips will be narrating as well during my stay, so I may pop over to see them in the stand by line. I would love to see Marlee Matlin, but she does not start until after I head home. Was kinda wishing Andy Garcia would do it again, as he was very good.

Good Ol' Gal -- No you don't have to eat first. Depending on the show you choose, you can dine either before or after that performance. I'm thinking of doing one of the first 2 shows and then make the PS for the dinner package after that show. This way I can relax and enjoy my meal, while waiting for Illuminations to start. I'm booking the Rose & Crown for dinner, so this way I can see Illuminations right from there. I did this in 2002 & 2003 and it was great.

Saw Jim Caviezal last year..Thought he was very good!!, Have seen Andy Garcia, also,,he was good, but the best ever SO far was James Avery--but he has not been there in a couple of years! I dont think you can go wrong seeing it no matter who is speaking,,it is just Wonderful!! Have fun
