CP dinner packages

We've done this twice before and love the perks....but we've used our silver plan "wishes" both times and can't remember what do you get at mealtime???

With the CP package you get appetizer, main course and dessert.
I think you get coffee/tea.

Is the 15% shopping discount included in the dinner package this year? I had heard it was not but am hoping this is wrong. I did a lot of Christmas shopping at EPCOT with that discount last year.
