I know some people are curious about this, and I'm just bored, so I thought I would outline the options that Disney Internships and Programs participants at both the Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have once their programs conclude.

Extensions
Disney Internships and Programs Participants at the Walt Disney World Resort are invited to apply to extend their programmes for another semester. Approvals are based upon labour needs as expressed by the various work areas, as well as housing availability. Participants may do another programme within their current role and location, or explore another role, depending on availability.

Information on how to apply for an extension will be available through internal company sources.

Please note that the Disneyland Resort does not generally offer extensions for Disney Internships and Programs Participants.

In addition, in compliance with United States Immigration Law, most Disney International Programme Participants at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida may not extend their programmes.

I have a question-regarding childcare. I have read on the HUB I think that it is offered. How does it work? For example-if working at WDW and the kids are in grade school? are there buses that pick them up? Are there any hours it is limited or is it available whenever parks are open as long as you are scheduled? thanks! And what does it cost? if kids are around 9 and 10 years old...thanks so much!

Disney has 2 YMCA Daycare on property, One is open till 8 and the other till 11pm. They offer school-age care, but I don't believe that a bus is provided to the daycare. Here a link to the Family Centers: http://www.ymcafamilycare.org/, The rates per day are there
