Ok so can anybody tell me what auditions are like to be a cast performer at WDW or DLR (ex, mickey, belle, goofy, etc..) and how many hours a week you usually work
also, any special training once you are in it?

The auditions are like this:
There is 2 parts: animation and dance. The animation is basically like charades. They ask you to act something out (for example, making a sandwich). Then is the dance part. It is in counts of 4. And that is the audition in a nutshell. Hours will vary. And yes, there is training once you are accepted as a performer.

Unfortunately not. I am a character attendant, and have auditioned 4 times. Hopefully someday I will get to be a performer.
