I am 5 days away from making my ADRs, I would love any advice on all of them, but what I am struggling with MOST is whether or not we do a 8am pre park CP breakfast? I'll be hoenst that the #1 appealing thing about this is walking thru the park near empty, otherwise I'm just so so about the breakfast, is this worth it?

So far we are (hoping) for the following ADRs (we want to maximize character meals that DS2 likes as this trip is for him, also my ILs are big quantity people and would pick a buffet over a steak house any night, I do find buffets easier with little ones, no waits etc). Our 2 year old is also a big eater so all you can eat and buffets will serve him best (we are doing the DDP and he's not included).

day 1-O'hana dinner
day 2-Tusker House Character lunch buffet
day 3-Cape May Clam Bake Buffet
day 4-Garden Grille Character meal
day 5-Hollywood & Vine character lunch buffet
day 6-CP character breakfast

CP early am breakfast is one of our must do's each trip. I LOVE to walk through the park when it's almost empty! I love to eat and get out of there before the crazy rope drop crowd. The breakfast is yummy, kids enjoy the characters so it's all good.

If you are going to do the early am breakfast I would just make sure you don't have a late night scheduled the night before. We did it our first morning one year and it was a mistake. The one our time difference and kids struggling to fall asleep the first night at the hotel led to a ROUGH morning the next morning! Now we schedule it a couple days in.

Thanks so much, I will leave it as is then. Our day before is DHS and will be an early park day with relaxing and resort time in the evening so it should be perfect!

We've done the pre-park opening breakfast at CP and it's quickly moved to the top of our "must do" list. Yes- a big lure to it all is the fairly empty park and picture ops, but we've also had excellent food, character interaction, and service in both of our visits. I have a friend who recently got back from WDW and I convinced her to also do this as a surprise for her kids...she said it was awesome as well.
