CP Applications NEED to be mail!

Just called the CP team to check if my fax had gone through. I was told the fax did go through but they needed my physical signature mailed. I told her that my interviewer, as well as many of the others I had heard about, told us not to mail them and only fax. She said that this was a miscommunication between the interview team since it was an idea they were kicking around and that I should tell everyone to make sure they mail in their role checklist and signed application.

Edit: I forgot to add, they will be talking to the interview team on Tuesday to correct this information so everyone interviewing after then should have the correct information.

Call the number you called to schedule an interview. Instead of pressing the button for interview scheduling press the one for general CP info. Then it will ask you if you want to talk to a representative and do that.

In all honesty, I wouldn't trust anything that is said verbally. If you call 5 times and ask the same question, you will get 5 answers. If you email and get something incorrect, at least you have proof that you were given incorrect info.

Thanks! I actually ended up not needing to call. They sent me an email saying that they had recieved the fax and that I should mail it also.

I had my CP interview today and she said to fax it. However, she also mentioned that they COULD ask for you to mail it. You don't have to, only if they ask.

Fax and mail your applications! A wet (real) signature is required for them to process parts of your participation. If you do not send in a mailed copy and they end up not requesting one, you'll need to re-sign all of your application paperwork on your second day during recruitment check-in. It seems that some of the interview partners have inconsistent info on how recruiting receives applications, but its simple: they need a copy of your application with signatures.

This doesn't add a lot of time to your check-in process, but the whole thing is easily avoided by sending a copy w/wet signatures in the mail.
