Hiya fellow Disboarders! I am a senior and will be graduating in May (Yikes for real life
). I applied for the CP and got accepted earlier this week
, which I am so pumped about! I was definitely not expecting to hear back so soon and now I only have 10 days to accept the position. I have also applied for some PIs, but am still waiting to hear back. If I accept the CP offer, is there any way I can decline it later and accept a PI offer? Also, what would you guys rather do: get a "real life" job that actually deals with my mathematics major (and pays more than minimum wage...) or work as an attractions CM for Disney? (Pretty sure I already know the answer to that one, but I figured I'd ask it anyway
) Thanks guys!

I graduate in May with a degree in Finance and I found out Wed that I was accepted for my old role. I've also applied for like a gazillion PIs and hope that one of those comes through. In the mean time I went ahead and accepted the CP and paid all the fees. My reasoning is that if I get an outside job I don't want to pass up - it will pay enough that I won't really miss the $300. If I don't, but end up getting the PI they will just transfer the money over and refund me any extra so I don't lose out there. Worst case, if I don't get anything but the CP - I can go down there, have a great time, and be able to apply for the PI one more time
. Because basically this is it, if I don't get the PI now (my last semester) the only other way I could is if I'm doing a CP at the time I apply. So if Disney is really important to you it'd be worth it for that reason alone. Hope that helped
