Are they able to see pictures and posts if I have it set for only "friends of friends"? I really don't have anything to hide PROMISE lol just curious about how much they are really examining me! lol

It's possible that somewhere in your extended network there could be a Disney person. You don't need to be paranoid but know that it's possible

I don't have a facebook but I do have other social network sites, do you think they check tumblr or other things? I wonder if not having a facebook can work against you too since they can't connect a face to the voice they only heard over a phone.

Assume that Disney can look for anything that you post online. Including here, just like any other employer if you have something on your profile that might be considered risky then don't post it.
