Cozumel question - restaurant with chairs on beach at port

On our Cozumel stop, we are interested in wandering at port shops for a while and then finding a restaurant with chairs on a beach. Is there anything within short walking distance? We are not interested in taking a cab to any of the larger beaches or beach clubs. Thanks!
