Cozumel Excursion Recommendations

We (DW, DD (17), DD (12), me) are going on the 7-day Western Caribbean cruise next February.

We would like to explore some of the Mayan ruins as part of our stop at Cozumel, but don't know how the various options compare; price is a secondary concern.

Any recommendations?

I highly recommend Tulum!
It is a long day but well worth the price and site! We even had time in town to do some shopping after the excurtion.
