Cozumel activities for young kids?

Hi! I was wondering if someone could share feedback on what activities in Cozumel might be good for younger kids (ages 3 and 5)? I was looking at Chankanaab, but am not sure that there would be enough things there to entertain our boys. There will be 7 of us - my parents, hubby and me, and our 3 kids (including a 17 month old, assuming we don't leave him in the nursery on the ship!) Would love any ideas you might have for good activities or excursions for us in Cozumel that would work for the younger kids.

(Or... is Cozumel a place where we should consider leaving the 3 and 5 year old on the ship at the kids' clubs while the adults go to the island?)

Thanks!!!

We were in Cozumel in May with a 4 year old. Our plan was to go to Paradise Beach and then have lunch in town (at Pancho's Backyard) and do some shopping. When we pulled in to port that day, we were so tired we decided to just hang out on board a bit, have a leisurely morning and then go in to town. Pancho's Backyard was good. We did some shopping and got back on the boat. The water there was gorgeous! Oh...and we bought at LOT of alcohol at the MEGA store. Ha!
