Cowboy Mickey/Minnie

We are doing a "cowboy" day on our upcoming trip. We will going horseback riding and to have dinner at Whispering Canyon. I would love to make shirts with a Cowboy Mickey for the boys and Cowgirl Minnie for the girls. Can anyone point me in the right direction or able to make one for me?
