Cover page question - help please!

I'm trying to make a cover page for my planning notebook. I've seen other cover pages with an image in the center and circular writing around the image. I finally figured out how to do the circular writing and I've sized the center image but I can't get the image to show in the center of the writing. Could someone please explain what I need to do?

You need to indicate what software you are using to create the cover... otherwise impossible to assist

Good point! I've been going back and forth between Word and PowerPoint.
