Courtyard prices at Easter???

The gang is heading down to FLA around Easter. We're looking for the best price in Downtown Disney, preferably the Courtyard. The dates are pretty solid... looking like April 21-23. Does anyone have prices for the CYBM, and if possible, any other DD resorts? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Here are Expedia's rates for your selected dates:

Best Western: $140/night for a standard, $160/night for a queen with a sleeper sofa (both sleep 4)

Hotel Royal Plaza: $106/night (sleeps 5)

Grosvernor: $129/night (sleeps 5)

Doubletree Suites: $169/night (sleeps 6)

Hilton: $125/night (sleeps 4)

Wyndham: $228/night for a deluxe (sleeps 4), $346/night for a 1 bedroom suite (sleeps 4)

There were no rooms at the Courtyard available with an Expedia rate, so I checked the Marriott site:
