Courtyard marriott or disneyland hotel

We are book currentally at the courtyard in a kids suite. But for a few hundred more we can get a room at the disneyland hotel. Privacy is big for us. But I'm looking for reviews on the courtyard. I'm freaking out bc I haven't talked to anyone who stayed there. All reviews are of now and they are under construction until mid nov

I stayed there like 2 years ago. Standard courtyard, walkable to the parks. Overall I wasn't thrilled by it. There was a World of Warcraft convention and the walls are thin enough that I could hear people talking about how to level up their Orc or something until 2am.

For a few hundred, I would totally jump on the Disneyland hotel, space may not be as big, but I'd prefer it.

Does the DL hotel have suites?

DLH does have suites but very $$$, I would do DLH any day of the week if I have the resources, the remodel is just amazing.
