We stayed one night the third week of March with a special travelzoo special rate (great deal). We had a suite. It was a nice, quiet room. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was tiny - maybe a twin size, and not very comfortable. Okay for one night - for one person. We had a small kitchenette area with a small fridge - which was good to keep some water and drinks cold. They do not supply any dishes or flatware. There's a small safe in the bedroom closet. Oh - the one thing I didn't like about the room layout was the bathroom was in the bedroom area, so if someone stays up to watch tv in the "living" area, you have to walk thru the bedroom to use the bathroom.
The staff was great, the pools were nice, basic pools with lots of towels. We played a game of shuffleboard near one of the pools.
We had a free breakfast buffett and it was pretty good. They have make your own Mickey waffles that were good. The day we ate there (a Sat), there was a magician and it was a nice way to kick off our vacation. DS enjoyed his act.
Oh - the business center has free internet access. It was nice to check my email.
The resort has a small arcade with an air hockey game. Lots of teenagers. There's a small gift shop - and a little lounge area with a big screen tv. There was free popcorn at the checkin area.
The location is great. Close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. Across the street (other side of 535) is one of our favorite Orlando restaurants - the Orlando Ale House.
