Courtyard-differences between tower or wing

We stayed in a tower room at the Courtyard last year, but this year, I'm going with my sister who doesn't like elevators. Soooooo I was wondering what, if any, differences there are between the two kinds of room~other than the obvious Are the "wing" rooms as big, clean. . . . . ? Any insight-positive and negative-would be most welcome! Thanks!
