Do all rooms have balconies?

No. They do have some rooms that don't have balconies. If you are using points or certificates you will usually get one of those rooms unless you pay extra. They still have great views though.

We used 2 free weekend night certificates and were giving a lovely pool view room with balcony!

Every time we have used the certs. or award stays we get rooms with no balcony. That isn't a problem for us.
