Courtyard by Marriott airport hotel

I have. Was not too impressed with it. You might have a different reaction. I was on business and will not stay there again.

I've stayed there a couple of times. Its fine. Clean and orderly. When I have a choice though, I usually pick its sister hotel, the Fairfield Inn where you get a free continential breakfast too.

i think my reservation through my ta said there was a breakfast included for two adults in the price of $99 for one night.

ooops, I didn't read very carefully. My post is about the one a Cocoa beach. But I'll leave it here just in case anybody else make the same mistake!!!!

We stayed there in June of 2003. There really wasn't anything
wrong with it, except that they were very unorganized.

I had gotten my reservation very early for $89 which included the shuttle and parking.

Everytime I called with a question, such as can I have the shuttle pick us up early (which is no, by the way, only at 12 does it start), the price changed, they would tell me the price didn't include the shuttle etc.

Everytime, I had to clarify what I had been told. Even when we arrived and I asked, they still had the wrong information in regards to the shuttle.

If you use them, ask for everything in writing!!!!

I did like it's location to the beach. It is not beachfront, but it is about a 2-3 min. walk down a path. There is a nice pool.

The restaurant/bar is terrible. We ended up eating at the bar for dinner because there was a terrible storm and we didn't have a car. They did not have the restaurant open, so the lady at the bar took care of everything. Very limited menu and how she messed up a margarita I'll never know!!!!!

We've used priceline on our last two trips requiring a night at the airport .

The first time we got the regular Marriott (3star hotel) at the airport for only $26. (32 after taxes and fee) It was beautiful. They have an indoor/outdoor pool and an amazing breakfest buffet that was only like $8.00 for adults but WORTH IT.

We did the priceline thing again for our stay on Sept 29th and got the Marriott again for $33 (42 after fees).

Crusin05,

It was warm, the carpet was thread bare, it was noisy, and a few other nits. If I was not leaving the early the next morning, I would have not touched a thing and checked out. Then called my travel department and gotten a better place.

In reading some of the other comments, if I had paid $40 for it, it might have been worth it. At the corporate travel rate of greater than $100, I felt ripped off.

I am very loyal to Marriott by the way. I have two nights booked at the Renaissance across the way prior to our cruise in three weeks.

hmmmm. i don't know what to say. my TA set this up for me and she said she usually stays at courtyard and likes it alot. should i ask her about it. my mom will die if we get there and its a "dump". and i will be mad for paying $100.
