Haven't stayed at this Courtyard. However, it is part of a complex called Marriott Village, and consists of the Courtyard, a Fairfield Inn, and a Spring Hill Suites (all Marriott properties) clustered together in a gated area. All are brand new (just opened last fall). We stayed at the Spring Hill Suites. All are typical of their respective brands, all have very nice pools. And the Fairfield has a food court. Only the Courtyard has a restaurant. The Fairfield and Spring Hill have free continental breakfasts that are quite elaborate for their respective chains.
It is conveniently located at the I-4 exit 27, which is the hotel plaza exit (and Downtown Disney exit).

Always get a little leery of travelling into the unknown.
