Thanks jcb it a nice article but it no burgin blog but must people can't write as good of a blog regarding legal issues as you mr burgin.

Stan Lee Media (which Stan Lee has nothing to do with) has actually lost several times, but I think this is the third time in federal court. What is interesting about the ruling is that it basically says that they are not supposed to be litigating on the subject any more after already losing the same basic case in California and New York, and was dismissed with prejudice.

Somehow I don't think that will stop them filing it yet somewhere else.
