Coupons on the bottom of WDW receipts

When we were at WDW in January there were coupons on the bottom of the receipts from some of the eateries. We are headed down there Friday and was wondering if anyone knew if they had done the promotion since then or are doing it now?

Are you talking about the 20% merchandise coupons from QS restaurants?

I'm not sure how often they run these promotions, but we got some coupons when we were there in April 2014. Fun fact: if you ask for a cup of water from a QS restaurant, they still ring it up through the cash register and you'll receive a receipt for your free cup of water, along with the coupon if the promotion is running.

We received coupons in June 2014 (only bought water). They are a big help when buying souvenirs! Did some Christmas shopping too!

Didn't see any at all last week. Sure would have been nice, but at least I had annual pass discount and 5% off gift cards from Target.

leaving in 12 days and those coupons would be nice! I plan on doing some christmas shopping while I am there.. If I remember and l'll try to post if I get or see any....

Were they only for in park stores or downtown Disney and resorts also??

If I remember correctly they were only good in certain stores and you had to shop before a certain time (noon I think).. most of the store were in the parks.. Maybe World of Disney but I can say for certain...

I used one in Animal Kingdom and one in MK. If I remember correctly, Epcot and World of Disney were also an option. There were also certain hours that you could only use it.
