Also good are Coupon Mom (videos explain the steps) and A Full Cup (matches sales and coupons to many stores and has a coupon database.

I'll echo pennymom. Afullcup.com and couponmom.com I also visit hotcouponworld.com. Between those three you can find some pretty good scenerios to bring your grocery and HBA bills down. You do need to be able to do some stockpiling in order for it to work. That's because many times it takes buying multiples of things in order to actually meet the requirements for the savings. If you dont have the room then you should consider donating some of the freebies to homeless shelters. Or team up with a neighbor/family member to share the wealth.

I use couponingtodisney and afullcup. It does take a while to get started, and you will likely end up buying some things you don't need because they are free or moneymakers, but I can tell you that I haven't paid for health and beauty items in over a year. So it's well worth it.

I was watching a show called "Extreme Couponing" on TLC. The man said that he would not have to buy toothpaste or deodorant for the rest of his natural life. Those people took it to the extreme (stockpiling themselves out of their own homes) but the money they saved was impressive.

I wish I could do it, but I live in a townhouse so I really don't have the space to store 50 boxes of pasta. I was proud of myself when I bought 8 boxes on sale for 40 cents each. Come to find out that if I had planned ahead and did a little research, there was a coupon for $1.00 of 2 boxes, so I could've gotten them for free. Oh well!

Two that I love are sistersshoppingonashoestring.com This one is free and matches up the coupons for you. They focus on RiteAid, walgreens and Giant Eagle. They are local and these are our local stores. No CVS in our area. The second is RefundCents.com this one is a subscription. I think like $15 a year. It is country wide and matches all kinds of stores. They also have a very active discussion board where people post their deals and what they have found.

frugallivingnw.com is a coupon blog that is for Oregon/Washington BUT she has posted daily for the last three days about the basics of couponing which may help you get started since getting started can be the hardest part! My husband thought I was a bit crazy at first, but now he is totally on board! We try to get most of the freebies at the local stores weekly, then take whatever we wouldn't use to the church donation table on Sundays.
