Is it just me or have the coupons in the papers been kinda lame lately? 1 insert filled with coupons for razors and mouthwash and dog food. Feel like lately there hasn't been any GM, green giant, yoplait, pillsbury coupons. And the Tide coupons
.20 off 1?
Anyone else feel this way lately, or just me?

I don't think they've been terribly bad, but then coupon inserts can be regional. I've seen a lot of new product coupons recently...lots of Greek yogurts, frozen vegetables, Pantene products, pork tenderloins, cereals and B1G1 cleaning products.

The P&G insert from February was not that impressive but I still used the Charmin and Bounty coupons. It's better than nothing and most of the stores had $X OYNO WYB #s of the P&G products. Plus there's a rebate out there for certain Olay, Pantene, Venus, etc purchases. The initial outlay for the products might be a little bit steep but those other incentives make up for it.

Proctor & Gamble "rotates" as far as how much they give off a product - yes the Feb. coupons for Tide were lousy - but the next P&G insert - they will be much higher - you just need to stock up (get extra coupons) the months the products you like most are "featured". You can get Sunday paper at the dollar stores and Menards for a buck (the Chicago Trib is now 1.99).

agree. i have found better coupons in magazines, with free samples (or sometimes peelys or stickies), or online printable.

most coupons i actually have been using are at target stacked with their coupons. in fact last time i went i had stacks for almost every item i had a coupon for and the girl seemed a bit perplexed at how i had so many coupons. when she scanned my mobile coupon she shouted, it works!:lmao:

although often i see blogs and when i get to my target the prices are much higher so i don't get items as cheap as i thought they would be, but its better than no savings.
