Yes! Overseas military bases can use expired coupons up to 6 months past the expiration date. Her address is:

She told me that her and several other families are very grateful to those of us who send them expired q's. She was able to save enough money using coupons to fly home to New York to visit family that she hadn't seen in a long time.

That is very cool - and do we mail to her using the same postage rates as we would for a domestic envelope? I will keep my expired coupons for her- I remember this from the past- happy to know of someone that can use them. A flight home at .50 a coupon (average) is a lot of coupons!
