On another note, when I was at the grocery store today, I noticed the guy behind me on line was watching me when I was using my coupons. When he saw my total drop from $124 down to $78, he was quite impressed. He then turned to his wife and told her, "you've gotta start using the coupons! why don't you use coupons?" She just said that she always forgets. He wasn't too happy with that. I'm pretty sure they're clipping coupons as we speak!

Hope everyone has a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend ahead! Let's remember and give heartfelt thanks for our past and present military who have done so much for us.

No inserts this weekend and Tuesday is optional to mail. Don't forget that post offices will be closed on Monday.

Please remember to remove expired and soon to expire coupons as usual in the weeks ahead and post on the thread every week or as often as life permits at least! Envies really need to go out on Monday or Tuesday each week especially if they have some distance to travel. It's hard to receive it on Saturday and then have enough time to sort through it, get organized with what you want to keep and what you want to pass on, clip the new coupons and get all that ready to mail by Monday. If life has gotten so busy that you find yourself mailing on Wednesday fairly often, please consider hopping off the train for now or until life slows down a bit. We will welcome you back when the time is right!
