Coupon Savings at Walmart today -- $3.00

PLUS, with their new price match policy, I was able to get Target, Office Max and Walgreen's prices on school supplies for another $12.60 in savings and I didn't have to drive all over the place to get the lowest prices on the supplies my DDs need.

(School starts on Monday here...I am not looking forward to going back to getting the girls up at 5:45 to catch the 6:42 bus. UGH!)

I don't normally post to this thread (although I am a member of the train) but I had to vent and I knew that you would understand .
I pressed the issue and asked him if he thought that I was treated as a valued customer to be detained by a cashier and made to wait for a manager like a criminal. In a very, very small voice he said "You are right." I said "Thank you!" and left. I am STILL steaming.

I would have been very upset also. I have had issues with sale signs posted before being expired and a cashier told me it was my responsibility to check the date on the sign to know if the sale was still valid.

I was just looking to make sure you had gotten it.

wondering how much a lg manilla envie will cost to send. I know its by the weight.

I use the 5x7 brown envies. I fold a piece of paper in half and lay out the coupons as evenly as possible. Then it slides right in the envie. I have had it cost as little as $1.12 and as much as $2.08. Depends on how thick it is.

Dang, I forgot to add my savings for this week so far, got a late start: but 12.75 the other day.

Also a dork moment became a cha ching moment: I started getting a different cat food for our little guy. Well, you know sometimes, pet foods will have coupons in bags?

I decided to start putting the cat food in a plastic container to keep it fresh,etc. well. I couldn't get the dang box to open properly-dork moment-so my dd rips it open on the side, we dump the food. She is like" Mom', there is something in his food". It's a 2.00 coupon for a bag of Purina One Beyond which costs 6.99, so that coupon will be used next go round.

So be careful and watch the boxes and bags, you never know.

Hello all, Had a lovely long weekend in the Hamptons last week. , took a coupon vacation.

Claytonsmama, you are a superstar! Two huge envelopes in a row, so watch out Luciana, a nice padded envelope was mailed from the Post Office yesterday.

I wanted to share something that I've been doing that has paid off in a BIG way. I have been emailing a few companies every day to share my feedback about their products (mostly compliments, but I've also sent a few questions and complaints). I've received loads of coupons from doing this! The best have been 2 free Huggies jumbo packs, free Marzetti product, and a big batch of Bayer coupons. I posted links to all the companies who sent me coupons on my blog.

Listen for screams Saturday when I go to the post office. I wont mail it will Monday but at least I wont have to try standing in line with 3 kids one of whom is Autistic and thinks the Post Office is just for movies delivered to him via Ebay

You should consider getting a digital scale! I bought one for less than $20 on ebay and it has been a lifesaver, not having to take my kids into the PO to mail packages. It is still running on its original battery & I've had it for at least 5 years!

I have received a few also, but I don't write that many. Good to know it is a successful way to get more coupons. and who doesn't love free stuff!

Yes, having them separate is actually great. I needed a coupon when the envies arrived and knew which one to look in.
