Oh oh, I think you got robbed! We got a big RP, a SS, and a P&G this morning. I wasn't expecting the P&G again. I find the Minneapolis paper always has better coupons in it even though I like reading the St. Paul paper a whole lot more. Sorry to hear you got a bum paper!

With me getting sick, going to Disney and then getting sick when I came back and then the constant items needed for this carnival I am about to loose my mind. Once Saturday the 17th is over my stress will be calm. Especially since I have all my holiday shopping done. Did that at Disney.

There are some $4.00 OFF coupons on Air Wicks I-Motion star kit, just to let you know that in Walmart (for that who have one in your areas) are on super special at $6.87 (usually cost around $10.00).


I received one of this coupons on my envelope, put it this and others coupons in a book that I need return in the library, and guess what!!!! I forgot totally the coupons inside!!!!!

I found one coupon in the Airwicks internet page, I hope works!

A little off coupon topic:
This is really going to be a budget trip for us. I told DH we are not buying ANY souvies. I know that is not realistic because we will get there and a pin will call his name and I will feel like a big meanie if he can't get it or I will see something so cute that I must have it. Usually we go with $x allocated for mad money, we always go over. So if we go with intentions of not spending anything maybe we will keep it under control. Because of buyers guilt

Disclaimer (I know this sound like the last thing we should be doing but I was tired of having the can we/can't we discussion with DH.)
** background** DH lost his job last May when his company (commercial furniture) closed because the economy was doing so poorly. Flash forward to a month ago, we were going to cancel the trip and he finally got a job working as a collections agent. The catch it is 40% of what he used to make. He is still looking for something else or a second job somewhere.

I still wanted to cancel, but he talked me into going through with it. I may regret it. However, we are driving instead of flying, taking snack for the car so we don't have to stop to eat, and we are driving 12 hours straight through so we don't pay for an extra hotel night along the way. We are skipping our usual DTD visit and the our goal is to focus on rides and shows with very little shopping.

We were never wealthy but where getting to a point where we had paid enough down and were making enough to have a little room for the occasional splurges here and there. (A splurge for us was dinner at Applebee's and a movie)Now getting used to all the cut backs lately has been hard. I didn't feel like we should do this but he insists that we can make it work. Here's hoping my CC does not end up smoking by the end with debt we just don't need. (My goal is not to use the CC at all.) We shall see.
