I mailed an envie to you last week from Magic Kingdom. My friend was so surprized that I used one of the mail boxes on Main Street. She was like "you know those are just for decoration" and I said "Have you read the map? It is a real mail box, picked up from every day." She has been going 2-3 times a year for the past 10 years and didn't know that little tidbit of info. Of course, she keeps calling the Animal Kingdom Lodge "a brand new resort".

I had an envie from SteveGriswold waiting for me when I arrived home Saturday evening.

I mailed an envie to MattMattsMomma yesterday (Monday).

I have an envie ready to go to Andrea today and will post this evening that I did actually mail it.

Welcome back, Lisa, we missed your smiling posts. So those are REAL mailboxes on Main Street?! I had no idea....the things you can learn hangin' with Lisa! Tonight we're going to pick up Maggie's successor (our elderly Boston Terrier who passed away last month). She's a 9 week old Boxer/Australian Shepherd mix who was pulled from a kill shelter in NC and is being fostered by a rescue group up here. While we still miss our Maggie, we have too much doggie love in our hearts not to get another pup to spoil and our Boxer is such a social lovebug that I know he'll enjoy having a new playmate. Now all we need is a name...

All I heard about was the talking trash can at the conservation station so when we got there the kids were running around (with my friend leading the way) talking to all the trash cans. If only I had a video camera.

We never found it and later learned that Peepa was on vacation.

Back from Frisco and back to work after takin gmedical leave. Jacobsmom00, your envies will be going out tomorrow. DH is working his first 24 hr shift at the station tonight so I have a lot of time on my hands (I'm proud of him but will miss these types of nights...don't tell him tho ) to get the envies made up.

Colusapj - I owe you a huge apology as I got home tonight and saw your envelope on the kitchen counter! I distinctly remembered dropping it in the mail but DH, in his helpfulness, brought it back inside later in the afternoon thinking it was our mail... So it's back in the mailbox and DH has strict instructions to leave it there.

We picked up our newest addition earlier this evening and it's nice having another girl in the house! Our Boxer is in love if the fact that she's drenched from all the licking means anything. Once she gets a bit bigger they'll be having a blast - right now she's a bit nervous around this furry beast with the tongue that's bigger than she is...
