Don't know about couples massages, but my daughter & I went to Sense Spa at the Grand Floridian for individual massages and loved it!

CSR has a room for couples massage at their new spa.

The Four Seasons has an excellent spa and is priced competitively with Disney. Plus, you get use of the hotel's amenities for the day, as well. It's located next to POR and is a quick taxi ride from any resort or park.
