We're going this Sunday for a few days and are staying for the first time at WBC. I've read most of the threads I could find but have a couple questions. I realize there are several buildings in this complex, is there one main lobby where you check in and then they assign you to a building and room or does each building have it's own lobby? Second, do they have bell services or luggage dollies you can use....we're packing light but it would still take multiple trips if I have to tote everything.

Oh yeah, just thought of another quick question about the shuttle buses. Is there a bus stop at each building or just one main stop? Any other thoughts or suggestions would also be appreciated.

This will be our first time staying off Disney property but from what I've read about BC all we'll really miss is the extra magic hours which is something I'm actually looking FORWARD to since it will make it easier to get back to the room at a decent hour and not feel like the walking-dead the next morning.

There is one main lobby where you check in and they assign your room/tower. The will tell you which tower your room is located in.

Each tower will have several luggage dolly's within it's lobby area you can use to help you get your stuff from the car to your room. If there aren't any down there, you should be able to wait and get one when it's returned from a previous guest. (obviously during the major checkin/checkout times it's quite common for them all the be in use.)

there are 2 shuttle stops (currently). 1 at the main building, and 1 near tower 6. This means you are only about a maximum of a 2 or 3 building walk from a bus stop no matter which tower you are placed in.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. It is always less stressful when you have some idea of what to expect.
