I keep reading about a 2nd Day free. What is this. We already have our tickets bought (husband with the Military) but they are only one day tics. Somewhere I read you can get a 2nd day free it you pick it up at park while there? Does anyone know how this works?

Any recommendation for a restraunt to eat at Sea World. We need to eat lunch and dinner there.

Any shows that are a must see? I read the Dolphin show is in rehab anyone know the reopen date????

Thanks

As far as the second day free goes - when you enter the park, to the left there is a ticket window that says in big letters "Get second day free here". I saw it literally within 2 seconds of getting inside the park. The second day free must be used within 7 days of receiving the pass.

I don't recall where I ate lunch, but there are several really good places around. Depends on what you feel like.

I would recommend the Shamu show, definately, and also the pet show (Cannot remember exactly what it's called) - this one is where rescued animals are trained and can do really neat stunts (like a cat walking a tightrope - I would like to see my cat do that one). The Seamore show is really cute too.

As far as the reopening date of the dolphins, I cannot help you.
Hopefully, someone else can.

Right now Sea World is running a promotion that gives you SEVEN days of admission on your one day ticket! The ticket window is just to your left as you enter the park. They take your pictures and give you new admission cards that are good for the next seven days! Our four year old grandson needed three trips to Sea World to see and experience everything so this was a great promotion for us! I'm not sure how long the promotion runs but their web site has info and I think it was through November so I hope that fits into your plans!

Did you just go?? Is so did you see the Dolphin show? Thanks!

Yes, we were at SeaWorld Oct. 15th, 17th and 18th. The dolphin show area is closed due to hurricane damage but you can still see the dolphins (above and below water) and feed them (which was really a lot of fun!) The Shamu show is great and while a little expensive - the Dine with Shamu is really great. Several whales and trainers put on quite a show while you are eating (a very good buffet with great desserts) within 10 feet of them! Our whole experience at SeaWorld was wonderful!
