Couple questions about Bongos Window(Quick Service)

I read somewhere that the entres there aren't included on the dining plan(I thought if they were listed on the plan then it would be) Does anyone know about this?

Also on allears.net there is no desert listed-also does anyone know if they have some sort of desert?
