Is the meal plan worth the cost?
How about the souvenier cups?

Did anyone do the 1 day 2 park pass with shuttle service from Disney resorts? If so how did it work out?

Does anyone design artwork for Universal. We are surprising our kids with this trip, and the 14yr old will be most excited for Harry Potter.

Na, don't do the meal deal...it is only counter service. The refillable cups are a good deal since they never ever expire and you can use them every trip.

If you want to surprise your kids, the Universal website has an area where you can send someone an email from Hogwarts...you might want to check that out.

We did the one day, two parks with shuttle deal last summer. It worked very well. We printed out the confirmation they sent us, and were sure to have it with us when we went to the bus. Called Mears the day before we wanted to head to US/IoA...made the time we wanted to leave. Then, called them about 3 hrs before we were ready to leave..they then gave us a pickup time. Worked perfectly.

I would head over to the Creative Design area on these boards. There are some incredibly talented people who should be able to help you out.

I'm going to move this to the regular forum from the hotel/resort forum. You'll get more responses there.

I got my Harry Potter posters!!
Thanks so much.

Booked our 1d/2p tickets with shuttle.

We are still waivering on the meal plan.

I would suggest waiting on the meal deal. Wait until you are at the counterservice restaurant. Look at the prices and the menu and decide if it is worth it or not for you. You can purchase the meal deal at the counterservice restaurants that participate in the meal deal program.

We just returned and didn't do the meal deal...didn't seem worth it to us. But, we did do the cups. They had a special buy 2 get one free and we are a family of 4. Used them at US the first day and IOA the second. Definitely worth it.
