I have never had a desire to jog/run. However....I have recently been doing a Fit Camp and we did a fitness test where we did a mile. During my test I did it in 14:42 and I decided I wanted to get it under 10:00 - I'm now consistently hitting around 12:30....so I still have a ways to go. I have also found I might actually like it - LOL! So my questions:
1.) I need some good music with BPM that equate to approximately a 10:00 minute mile - preferably Disney music.
2.) I just use my earbuds that I got with my Galaxy S4 - but they "rattle" - not sure if it's because they are not snug in my ears (I have sweated them out before)....or if it's the cord?? Suggestions on stopping this ANNOYING phenomenon? Or recommendations for some good, inexpensive, earbuds for jogging?
