Couple of Questions

1. What are the best rides for FP in each park to avoid the longest lines? I was thinking Radiator Springs, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain.

2. If DL opens at 10, and I have an EMH which means I can get in at 9....can I make an early breakfast reservation at Minnie's breakfast for 7:30 or 8? then by the time we are done it would be time for our EMH. Does it work like that?

The park opens at MM/EMH, so the first reservation would be 9:10.

Plaza Inn Character Breakfast reservations begin 10 minutes after the gates open.
If you want to have a CB before and not have it cut into the 1 hour EE/MM time, you'll need to look into StoryTeller's (GCH) or Surf's Up With Stitch (PPH).

When we want to have a CB at Plaza Inn, we come and make use of the EE/MM and schedule a CB for 2 - 2.5 hours after the park opens.

RSR, Indy, Space, and Splash are pretty much the same ones that I would recommend. I would consider adding in Soarin' (depending on when you're going). Indy, Splash, and RSR also have Single Rider Lines which maybe helpful if you don't mind riding separately.

In terms of dining, as SMD and Geemo said, the in-park locations do not open before EMH. Some of the resort locations (e.g., Surf's Up at PCH Grill, Storytellers) open on the earlier side, so you might be able to have an early breakfast there and then make it at least some of EMH/MM.

Thanks, I didn't know that, we are used to WDW where some of the CBs in the park open earlier. Thanks for the advice, we will try to take advantage of EMH and make breakfast a little later. Thanks all!

What about Star Tours? It was down for refurb when we were there in 2011, and our trip before that was 1999 But I do remember the que being SUPER long.
