We have paid a deposit for all our vendors and we need to pay Randy, Ana, and Ron on the day, however would prefer to pay them all before we leave for Orlando so we know it's done and don't need to think about anything on he day. Has anyone else done this?

Also, we are staying in the hotel the night before, do i need to ring Randy and Ana to let them know what room we are in or will they ask at reception? Only asking so i know if to take Randy and Ana's phone number with me.

DEF take their phone numbers - just incase there is a problem you want to have them. None of our vendors had any trouble finding our room but I am sure it would be nice to give them a heads up - I never thought to.

edit - sorry I forgot about the first part. We paid everyone in advance as well. I would recommend it. Don't forget to have lots of cash for tips!!

I second the taking their phone numbers with you. I went so far as to make up little laminated cards for myself, Rich, my MOH, BM and our parents.

the front had the vendors names & numbers and the backs had important # like for the boardwalk hotel, our parent's cells, the MOH's cell and the BM's cell.

I just typed them up in word, printed and cut them out and then got those self-sealing laminating sheets from Target. I don't know that they were needed by anyone, but it made me feel better knowing people had them.

Also, I say call them and let them know your room #. Each one of them requested that I do so, and it took all of 5 minutes. I also called my planner and let her know.

I'm paying for my vendors in advance - in fact I paid off the bill for STVS today, and plan to pay Patrica LeJeune next week!!

It just feels better to me to have it al paid for in advance...except tips of course :)

That's a great idea to pay them in advance. I was planning on doing the same. How much tips do you generally pay the vendors?

I took a list of everyone's phone numbers and rang them to tell them my room number.

I paid people on the day as we'd be giving them tips anyway.
