I have never liked it, but for some reason DD who is 10 loves it. I really don't see it, but when she gets in the car, she turns the XM to the country stations (or radio disney-but thats another thread).
I grew up listening to it so it's stuck with me since then. I really like a lot of the classic artists like Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, The Oak Ridge Boys, etc. I have classic and new country on my Ipod-I like all of it
I love it. I used to hate all of it but then about 15 years ago Garth Brooks turned me around and since then I have mostly listened to country. I dont like some of the older stuff but I do listen to classic country as well.
With the exception of a few classics and a few songs that could more be considered "crossover" than country, it's really not my cup of tea.
I just don't connect with it. It feels to me like it represents a culture which is totally alien to me. I might as well be listening to Euro Pop or old Korean folk songs.
I think any day with music in it is a good day. Any kind of music will do, I like almost all (have a hard time with rap). But country music is dear to my heart and I love it.

This is pretty much how I feel.
There are a few classic songs I can listen to from Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash, but basically hate the rest.
