VH1.com has an article about the upcoming Country Bears movie that mentions that they will be airing a Mockumentary of the band. Unfortunately, they don't mention when this mockumentary will be aired.
Also of interest in the article, they mention that the Bears no longer sing in a hokey country band, but have gone upscale into that fuzzy place between country and rock bands. Which provides some interesting speculation... What if, instead of simply closing the Country Bears attraction, Disney's planning on refurbishing it to align better with the new & improved Country Bears of the movie? This is pure speculation on my part, but I think it makes more sense than closing that attraction just as the movie based on it opens.
