Counting- What's the most you've been in 1 year?

Just wondering, how many times you all have been to Disney in one calendar year? Ours is 4 trips when we had annual passes about two years ago. I'm sure there are lots of you that beat this by double? triple?

Well, let's see...so far this year, I have been to WDW every month but July! Have a trip for August, September, October, and December booked right now!

Most ever was last year- Two conferences, two job interviews, 4 day wonder with dh 5 free days at bwi with dd1 and dd2, Vero three times- once for interview, once to find housing,once traveling through- Jan weekend with husband and kids at AKL- totaled one month on property- now am here with family in bcv- first time since joining a year ago April- also two nights at WL while waiting for early airflights from Orlando- Now I live and work in FL- about 2 hrs from the Mouse. I don't usually go to WDW more than one or two times a year, but two years ago I visited three different Disneys in one year, Disneyland, WDW, and Tokyo Disney Resort. I've got pictures of me in front of three different castles in one frame on the bookshelf.

4 trips last year a total of 14 days. This year, so far, 3 days and I am leaving in 8 days for a 3 day trip again.

In a 12 month period from 2002-2003 I've had 3 trips for a total of 35 days.

I'm just an amateur in this dept. The most I've done is twice in a year but to my friends and families that's A LOT and we go at LEAST once a year but lately it's more like twice a year so I'm gettin' there

In 2001, I visited Mickey 6 times for a total of 32 days. At least half of those were solo trips. I don't like the heat, so these trips were mostly fall and winter. My only trip this year was in February when I got stranded in Florida for a few extra days because of the Blizzard in the Northeast, which cut into my annual vacation time. I really need a Disney fix, so I am going Labor Day weekend. I know it will be hot but I just can't wait for my next planned trips in October and November.

Between Nov 2001 and Oct 2002, I spend a grand total of 28 days at WDW. It was done in 4 separate trips with an AP. My DH just caved in and we bought 150 points at BWV today!!! And I know compared to some here I am only an "amateur" ! LOL

Let's see. From May of 1999 to May of 2000 I went 4 times, May, Sept., Dec., and May. Not sure how many days that was but it was close to 40. That was the year I got my first annual pass. Coincidence? You be the judge.

We went four times last year. We always hear "you are going to Disney again - why?". Most people just don't understand.

jk1 - Do you drive or fly from Maryland each time?? It takes us about 14 hours to drive.

From May 2001 to May 2002 we went 3 times totaling 28 days. I don't think that'll happen again till we retire, in 22 years!
This year we will have gone twice, but from now on it's once a year. I think I'll live.

In 2001 we went 5 times. Last year in 2002, we went 6 times, totalling more than 55 days & nights are the WDW resorts. I promised hubby I'd scale back this year, so only going 4 times (about 40 days) this year. We always fly out of Wash. DC and airfare has been higher this year. It only takes us a cheap fare and we will throw together a quick trip. But my DH is a CM, so it's a little cheaper for us to go that most folks and we are empty nesters too (though we do take our 9 year old grandson on a couple of our trips).

I have been going about 4 times a year for the last 3 years. My kids 16, 14 and 12 LOVE it and we have had some of the most treasured memories there. My kids have also met other kids there they still keep in touch with and have seen there again. BUT, I think this will be the last year for that many trips, it is getting too hard with all of their activities.

Next year it will be DL for spring break and Christmas for WDW and that's it (who am I kidding)
