Counting down the days / deadlines

I feel like I'm forgetting something. Is there a place where this info is listed? (I've googled, and I can't find it spelled out, but my brain is kinda fried. Not a good sign for a Monday morning!)

180 days - Make Dining reservations
60 days - customize magic bands
60 days - get Fast Pass+ set!
45 days - final payment due to WDW Travel Company for vacation pkg
3- 4-ish weeks out - Mickey Mail should arrive (do we still get Mickey Mail if not flying? We've never driven before!)
30 days - Magic Bands will ship

Am I missing anything? I'm so stressed (work), I am in a constant feeling of forgetting details, which is unsettling to me At least I have trip planning to turn to when I need a break!

Am I missing anything? I would say the only thing I see is at 200 days look at crowd calendars and decide which parks you will visit on which days (that way by 180 you know where you want to aet on which days.I'm so stressed (work), I am in a constant feeling of forgetting details, which is unsettling to me At least I have trip planning to turn to when I need a break!

Don't get too stressed! Just make your decisions on the right dates, don't second guess them and have a wonderful vacation.

Two things I notices is that you have until 30 days out to customize magic bands... and as for shipping they have been shipping at 20 days out instead of 30...
