Festival of Arts 2026

I love the Festival of the Arts. I especially enjoy painting by #s on the mural. And I love the Broadway displays from different shows-I can't remember the name of the building, but it's in the area formerly known as Future World. Can't wait for the food menus.

Idk about the gift card question, but I can't see why not. Now how about that 20% DVC discount? Is that valid for art purchases?
I'm pretty sure you can use a disney gift card, but I haven't tried one. Discounts seem to depend on the artist/booth. I've gotten an AP discount when purchasing something from a booth John Nadeau art but couldn't use the discount on a Dave Avazino piece from a different booth.

My son is super excited for this year’s. Besides being a huge Broadway fan, he’s really looking forward to the Lorcana lounge and scavenger hunt. I love the Broadway shows and the food booths.
I've just started really looking into Lorcana, and going to try to get my family to play it this weekend. We'll be in the parks the 2nd and 3rd day of the Festival. I've been before, and this is one of my favorite Festivals. It seems laid back, but with a bunch of things still to do... and eat.

I went in 2024 and it was fun. I'll be there on opening day and some more this year, as my trip falls within ~1 week of it.

We've been to all of the other festivals excpet for this one so I'm really excited! I finally made the decision to go because my daughter is a future musical theater major and she's been wanting to see the Broadway performances for a while now. We'll be there for the last 4 performances of the festival and now I'm a bit nervous that I picked the worst week to visit because of President's Day and Mardi Gras falling within the same week. I had no idea that Mardi Gras was such a big thing in the south and all of the crowd calendars are basically screaming "Stay Far Away"!

I purposefully come for Festival of the Arts every year, mostly because I'm obsessed with collecting WonderGround Postcards. My collection is currently just over 200 pieces. I'm more selective on the prints I get, since wall space is limited. Rob Kaz is definitely a favorite, but I also love WonderGround artists Stacey Aoyama, Ashley Taylor, Steve Thompson, Dylan Bonner, Joey Chou, Ann Shen, and so many more. I follow a lot of them in Instagram, and they're releasing sneak peeks at the art they've done this year. The weeks leading up to the festival are so exciting because I never know what Instagram will show me each day. Dave Perillo, who always does pieces of park attractions, has shown his Runaway Railway piece, and I'm obsessed. I highly recommend finding your favorite artists on social media and following them.

The Broadway concerts are always a good time. The talent is insane, and you'll get something a little different than just your usual Disney songs. There is a lot of great stuff that was written specifically for the Broadway shows, and I love when they showcase those.

Also, I'll note that I've always been able to get my discount on the Wonderground artists' work, but not on anyone who is classified as Disney Fine Art, like Rob Kaz. I'm sure this is subject to change at any time, but historically, that's what has happened for me.

Anyone know when the menus come out? I would've thought we would have had them by now!
Looking back, it appears the menus for 2025 weren’t released until January 8th, about a week before the festival began. I don’t know why they released them so late (and they did the same with the Flower & Garden menus) but I agree it would be nice to get them a little earlier. I mean, they have to know what they will be preparing so they can order the supplies, print the signs, etc., right? I am going the first week and would like to have an idea of whether there are enough good items at the booths that we won’t need to make any dining reservations.

Please try to buy something, even small, from an artist. It is expensive to exhibit with a professional booth, travel, accommodations and food plus the fee WDW charges an artist not to mention time out of their studio.

I was lucky enough to be a WDW artist when WDW paid for most of the above (except travel). I continued to receive invitations for many years, but opted not to for that reason.

Your $20 or $50 purchase of something special (or more!) will make a difference to the artist. Forgo the WDW tee shirt this year and support the arts. Thanks for the rant!

Last year was my first at FARTS, and I’m so looking forward to this one! We’ve done all the festivals now and this is by far my favorite. I loved all the food but we didn’t get to do the mural painting because the line was always too long or any shows, so hoping to do them this year. Also hoping weathers better this year, we were there for first two weeks of the festival last year and it was freezing and frequently rainy. This corn pudding thing was my favorite dessert and I’m hoping to have some more this year!

Will do! This is good to know.

This is my absolute favorite festival! We're going for the first week of the festival and I absolutely can't wait. We always stay at the Epcot resorts cause we have to be able to walk in - last two years we got a room at Beach Club that was 4 min from Epcot.

The Broadway concert series is my favorite series - such great concerts! And the artists and artwork is just amazing: Ashley Taylor, Dylan Bonner, Ann Shen, Ryan Riller...all so good.

This year they're adding in a Lorcana quest, and the whole reason I collect Lorcana is for the artwork so I'm super excited.

Now I just need them to announce the food booth menus!
