counter top is sinking

Since this sometimes seems to be the everything thread and not just the budget board thread. Our counter by our lazy susan is sinking. About 1 cm and the house is 7 years old. Any suggestions on how to get behind the lazy susan without ripping everything apart? The counter is shared with our sink, it is L shaped so the water pools in the corner if any gets on the counter and our walls are red but now there is a 1cm strip of white. Thanks!

The counter sits right on top of the cabinets. I think this is probably a structural problem with the house foundation or floor under the cabinets.
