I am not sure if there is a thread on this subject, but here it goes. I am looking for everyones opinion of the best counter service resturants in each park. We are going in September on the DDP and I want the best when we are there. popcorn::

We like Cosmic Ray's in MK- good variety, and Pecos Bill"s in MK.
We like Flame Tree BBQ in AK- we like to sit by the water, or the little duck pond, nice and shady- even in August- just keep walking down the steps.:cloud9:
Have only been to Pizza Planet at HS- it's not that great, my DD likes the atmosphere(Toy Story stuff)
Fountainview Cafe (I believe that's the name) at Epcot- pretty good food, nice and cool(cold) in there.

MK - Cosmic Ray's (tons of variety)
Epcot - Sommerfest in Germany and Yorkshire Fish Shoppe in the UK (this one depends solely on your group's likes - for standard fare, Sushine Seasons in the Land)
MGM - Toy Story Pizza Planet
AK - Anandapur Locals Cafe/Yak & Yeti Counter Service (Asian food)

It's been awhile since our last visit, but here is our short list:

MK: Casey's Corner (my goddaughters love the corn dog nuggets).
Epcot: Yorkshire County Fish Shop.
AK: Flame Tree BBQ.
HS: not really a place we eat counter service.
DTD: Earl of Sandwich.

MK: Columbia Harbour House (love the tuna sandwich)
AK: Pizzafari (love the Italian deli sandwich)
DHS: only eaten at Toy Story Pizza Planet (it is OK)
EP: Sunshine Seasons (great variety)
DTD: Earl of Sandwich
We are not picky eaters and had low expectations of CS meals so we were pleasantly surprised.

We love Yak and Yeti CS at AK. I also love the little tables down the alley that you can sit at. It's like grandma's dining room furniture, outside!

At the DHS, I CANNOT recommend ABC Commisary. It was too greasy, too soggy, too yucky.

MK- Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bill
Epcot- Sunshine seasons
DHS - Catalina Eddies (but thats because it was our first meal on our first trip as a family and thats our daughters name)
AK- I really enjoyed Tusker House (it was a CS while we were there in 07 and didn't try any other cs there)
DTD- Earl of Sandwich

At Epcot, the Land pavilion food court is great. Plenty of choices. At MK, we ate at Peco Bills and Pinocchio Village Haus and they were also good. Pizza Planet at DHS...not terrible, just ho hum. As with all food courts at the parks, if you can wait to eat lunch until after 2PM, you will find it much more enjoyable because of the crowds going down.

MK - Columbia Harbor House (love their tuna sandwich!)

EP - Tangierine Cafe (best chicken wrap ever)

MGM - Toy Story Pizza (not that it's so great, more the best of the worst)

Ak - Pizzafari (with Tusker House no longer a CS, this is my new fave: love the Italian sandwich)

MK- Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbor House great variety of choices
AK- Used to be Tusker House now looking like Flame Tree
DHS- Backlot express or Flatbread Grille
Epcot- Sunshine seasons, great choices all around here
DTD- Wolfgang Puck Express, i do not think many know that this is a CS
